There IS Such a Thing as a Free Lunch!

We're getting taken out for lunch by the boss this afternoon. This means:

• Really good food, FREE!


• Probably not getting back to the office until considerably later than the lunch hour normally ends, but getting away with it and getting paid for it because the boss is there too


• Not being able to surf the internet during lunch

Oh well: I can reconcile myself to the last effect due to my appreciation of the first two effects.

Especially because my internet service's email servers aren't working today anyway, so I wouldn't be able to surf the internet very effectively anyhow.

Yes, I'm fully reconciled. In fact, I'm hungry already.

And my ten-minute break is over now, so I have to go back to work.
