Introducing Willie

As some of you have already noticed, I recently gave a LiveJournal code to George W. Bush's cat, Willie. If you feel like saying hi to her, she'd be happy to climb in your lap and purr at you.

While browsing the [livejournal.com profile] al_qaeda community today I discovered a website selling action figures of Osama bin Laden in drag and Saddam Hussein an S/M outfit, with the two of them posed as though having sex with each other. I cannot even find the words to say more on that subject. I would like to file a class action lawsuit against the manufacturers for slander, on behalf of all queers, crossdressers, sadomasochists, and pink dress wearing humans.

your feminist rant produced the opposite effect upon me from the one which you apparently expected.

i could have said "blah blah blah is a horrible thing to say because blah blah blah et cetera" but the most this could accomplish would be attempts at un-saying it and not at un-thinking it, and even if you somehow did un-think it i would not believe that you had un-thought it, so the damage done to my faith in your not thinking it was irreparable.

it isn't like i suddenly decided "gaaaaah, jodawi is evil!!!!" but rather, "this makes me very very tired, and when i check my queerbychoice friends page i do not wish to ever be subjected to things that make me very very tired."

people who are in general pleasant enough people to visit fairly frequently, but who might occasionally post something that makes me very very tired, are people i put on my other friends pages so that i can visit them when i have the energy but not when i do not.

anyway, you seem to have wanted an explanation so there it is. i do not see that it accomplished anything but perhaps you know better than i.

...from the one which you apparently expected.

hm. i didn't expect anything of anyone on it. i see questions. i answer. i post. others can react as they like.

i did suspect that it was that post which lead to me being dropped since you'd be likely to have strong opinions on the subject matter; wasn't sure what part of it tho; but moo.
