I was inclined to say no, but then I asked Susan about it, and she gave me a lengthy interpretation of the various uses of the word "sensitive" dating back to the 1600s. (I have no idea how she just randomly happens to know everything in the world like this; it's a little scary.) According to her, the word was mostly used in a positive way until it started being associated with femininity in the mid-20th century.
