I can barely walk at all today, and I just now realized why. Yesterday at work they made me spend all morning filing in these file cabinets that required me to constantly move between the bottom drawer and the top one: i.e., doing nonstop deep-knee bends for four hours on end. Yes, I am feeling that very much today. If they keep making me get out of my desk and drag myself down the hallway any more today I shall have to demand to be carried on a stretcher instead.
