At This Rate, I May Yet End Up Liking Arnold Schwarzenegger's Candidacy After All

"I think that gay marriage is something that should be between a man and a woman."
—Arnold Schwarzenegger, quoted here

I heard that quote on a replay of a radio show just a little while ago. I thought it didn't make much sense...

i somehow didn't draw the connection between you living in CA & the recall. you get to vote in the circus!

cool.

that's really, really funny.

on the other hand, it's scary how people get applauded for opposing partial-birth abortions. nobody supports partial-birth abortions. nobody. they all say, only if the mother's life is in danger. all of them.

they're all saying the same damn things!

who are you going to vote for, incidentally?

On the first question, I'm voting against the recall. Not that I like Gray Davis (I voted against him last time), but I don't agree with the recall motivations and process.

On the second question, I haven't really decided yet. Someone left-wing though, obviously. Possibly Cruz Bustamante, but since I usually vote for people further left than the Democrats, if I vote for Cruz Bustamante it would probably be motivated just by being so annoyed at the nature of the recall that I'd vote for the person most closely associated with Gray Davis just as a way of expressing my annoyance.

Bwah!!

Well, clearly he's talking about John and Anne Paulk. Or, speaking of Exodus International, perhaps he's thinking of Gary Cooper and Michael Bussee. I mean, they were each married to women for a while. Before leaving them for each other...

I find the story of Exodus International to be bizarrely amusing.
