The plaque was made in Texas and then shipped to Florida. Floridians get credit for noticing the mistake; Texans get the blame for making the mistake.

Texas itself is just too scary to believe. Especially since THEIR sodomy laws are actually enforced AND are sometimes enforced against people who are not being charged with another crime in relation to whatever act of sodomy they committed. And they were just upheld last March.

According to Justice Harvey Hudson, the 14th Amendment was not meant to protect homosexuals.
